Who we are
Founder Tandem is an initiative of Zen Delivery Services Private Limited (“we”, “us”), which decides how the details described here are used. For anything about your details, email [email protected].
What we collect
What you type into the enquiry form:
- Your name and email address
- Your mobile number and country code, if you choose to give them
- Your industry and role, where you could see the first use, and any notes you add
- That you agreed to be contacted, and the date and time you sent the enquiry
Collected automatically when you send it:
- A scrambled form of your IP address. We store a one-way, keyed hash, not the address itself. We use it only to limit how many enquiries one connection can send, which stops spam.
- Your browser’s technical description (the “user agent”, for example the browser and operating system name), kept with the enquiry to help us investigate spam or misuse.
- Which link brought you here, if the link carried a campaign label (for example one marked as coming from LinkedIn or WhatsApp), and the name of the website you came from, without the page address. These are short labels about the link, not about you. If there is no label, we record “Direct / unknown”.
The campaign label is kept in your browser’s session storage only while the tab is open, so it is still known when you send the form. We don’t set cookies on the public pages of this site. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter automated traffic.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation
- To assess whether a partnership could work
- To keep the form free of spam and abuse
- To learn which of our posts, messages and adverts bring useful enquiries
We rely on the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. We will then stop contacting you and delete your enquiry unless the law requires us to keep it.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of service providers. Each one receives only what it needs to provide its service.

We don’t sell your details or share them with advertisers. The enquiry inbox can be opened only by the Founder Tandem owner, after signing in.
Where it is processed
Our enquiry database is hosted by Cloudflare, with its primary location in the Asia-Pacific region. Cloudflare, Resend and Google operate internationally, so your details may be processed outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry while we are discussing a possible partnership with you. If no partnership follows, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices and rights
Email [email protected] to:
- Get a summary of the details we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Have your details deleted, or withdraw your consent
- Raise a concern about how we have handled your details
We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may also be able to complain to the data protection authority where you live; in India, that is the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle enquiry details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
